Refund policy
At MyPocketBuilds, we strive for the maximum satisfaction of our customers. Below, we detail our return policy and the exercise of the legal right of withdrawal.
1. Return Period
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the item to request a return or exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with European and Spanish legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
2. Conditions for Acceptance of the Return
For a return to be accepted, it is essential that the item strictly meets the following conditions:

Product Condition: The item must be in perfect, unused, and untampered condition, suitable for sale as a new product.

Original Packaging: The product must be returned with its original packaging, box, intact seals, and all original tags. The box must not show any damage, breaks, or writing.

Completeness: It must include all parts, components, accessories, and instructions that were part of the original package. In the case of our building block sets, this means that the sealed bag/box of blocks must not have been opened under any circumstances.

Proof of Purchase: It is mandatory to attach the receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Important Note on Diminution of Value: The consumer is responsible for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the item. The opening of the block bags or use that prevents the product from being sold as new will result in a substantial deduction from the refund amount or the non-acceptance of the return.
3. Return Process

Mandatory Notification: To initiate a return or exercise withdrawal, you must first contact us by email at info@mypocketbuilds.com within the 14-day period. The notification must be an unequivocal statement of your decision.

Authorization: Once your return request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions by email on how and where to send the package.

Shipment: The customer must send the returned item without undue delay after notification, strictly following our instructions.

Unauthorized Items: No items returned without prior request and formal authorization will be accepted or refunded.
4. Return Costs and Refund

Return Shipping Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer (customer), unless the return is due to a shipping error by MyPocketBuilds or a defective product (see section 5).

Refund: The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. The maximum period for issuing the refund is 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have physically received the goods or until the customer provides us with definitive proof of the return of the goods.

Initial Shipping Costs: In case of a full return, only the initial shipping costs (if any) corresponding to the cost of the cheapest ordinary delivery option we offer at that time will be refunded, regardless of the option the customer originally chose.
5. Damages, Defects, or Shipping Errors

Immediate Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

Communication: If the item is defective, damaged during transport, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us at info@mypocketbuilds.com within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

Resolution: In these exceptional cases, MyPocketBuilds will assume the costs of return shipping and/or reshipment of the correct item or the full refund. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
6. Item Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer a direct item exchange service.
The quickest and most efficient way to obtain a different item is to manage the return of the item you have (following the described conditions and process) and, once the return is accepted and the refund is issued, make a new, separate purchase of the item you desire.
