  • Order Limitation: We may limit the quantities of any product or Service we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

 

SECTION 3: PRICING, ORDERS, AND CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE

 

  • Pricing: Product prices are subject to change without notice. The final price applicable to your purchase will be the one in effect at the time the order is placed, as reflected in the order confirmation email. Published prices do not include taxes (unless expressly stated), shipping, customs, or handling charges.

  • Transfer of Risk: Once the products are delivered to the shipping company (third party), title and the risk of loss or damage are transferred to the User. It is the User's responsibility to make any claims for damages or losses directly with the shipping company.

  • Limitation of Liability (Maximum Legal Extent): TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL MYPOCKETBUILDS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY KIND OF DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL MYPOCKETBUILDS'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MYPOCKETBUILDS FOR THE SPECIFIC PURCHASE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

  • Right to Correction: We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information related to products, prices, promotions, or availability at any time and without prior notice (even after you have placed your order).

This clause shall apply to the extent permitted by law, considering that, if you act as a consumer, the mandatory rules on jurisdiction of your place of residence shall prevail.

  • Assignment: You may not delegate, transfer, or assign this Agreement or your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any attempt to do so shall be deemed null and void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms along with our corresponding rights and obligations without your consent or notice to you.
