Shipping policy

1. Shipping Scope

 

MyPocketBuilds ships to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and to numerous international destinations. If your country does not appear available during the checkout process, please contact us at info@mypocketbuilds.com.

 

2. Processing Times

 

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days following purchase confirmation and payment verification.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Spanish peninsular time) will be considered received on the next business day.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

 

The deadlines indicated below are estimates based on the standard shipping service and are counted from the moment the order is picked up by the courier company (after the processing period). They do not include delays due to customs processes, public holidays, or causes beyond MyPocketBuilds' control.

Note on Business Days: Delivery times refer to business days (Monday to Friday, excluding local and national holidays).

Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Shipments to these territories may require additional customs documentation, which may extend the delivery time beyond the standard national period. The customer will be responsible for all local tariffs and taxes.

 

4. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and vary depending on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the geographical destination area. The final cost will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

 

5. Customer Responsibility for Shipping

 

  • Correct Address: It is the exclusive responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and correct.

  • Address Errors: MyPocketBuilds is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the Seller for this reason, the customer must pay a new shipping cost for re-shipment.

  • Tariffs and Taxes: For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all customs costs, tariffs, import taxes, or any other fees that may apply in the destination country. MyPocketBuilds does not manage or assume responsibility for the payment of these charges.

 

6. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your package directly with the courier company.
